Design the Next Season Before It Designs Itself

A woman walks along a sunlit coastal promenade

A season rarely changes all at once. One child leaves home. A business becomes stable enough to run differently. A demanding role no longer asks quite what it used to. The space that opens can feel unfamiliar, even when you worked hard to create it.

Without a deliberate choice, the next season fills with the same habits as the last. The calendar accepts new requests. Old obligations stay in place. You keep moving efficiently, but not necessarily toward anything you chose.

Begin with an honest picture of what is ending and what is emerging. What responsibilities still belong to you? Which ones have become automatic? What interests or relationships have been waiting for room that may finally exist? There is no requirement to reinvent yourself to answer these questions.

Imagine an ordinary week six months from now. Where would your attention go? What would you protect? Who would have access to you, and when? A next chapter becomes more real when it can be described in days and decisions rather than a slogan.

Choose one practical change that gives the future you want a place in the present. Make the conversation. Move the meeting. Set aside the hour. You cannot control everything the next season will bring, but you can stop leaving its shape entirely to chance.

If you want to think deliberately about the season ahead, book a Private Clarity Call with Lori and begin with the question that matters most now.
