No. Work is part of the picture, but your relationships, health, priorities, and sense of purpose belong in the conversation too.
Does Lori work exclusively with women?+
Yes. Lori devotes her private coaching practice entirely to women. Her work is shaped for accomplished women, including executives, physicians, attorneys, and founders, who carry significant responsibility at work, at home, and in their communities. This focus creates a confidential, unhurried space where the particular expectations, pressures, and life transitions women face are understood without explanation.
Do I need to be an executive to work with Lori?+
No. Private coaching is for accomplished women carrying meaningful responsibility, whether they lead an organization, a practice, a business, a team, or a full personal life.
Can we discuss personal relationships and family?+
Yes. The choices you make at work do not happen separately from the people and commitments in your life.
Is Lori's coaching Christian?+
A Christian perspective is available when you want it. Faith integration is always client-led and never imposed.
Do I need to be Christian to work with Lori?+
No. Your beliefs and preferences are respected. You decide whether faith has a place in your coaching conversations.
Is coaching confidential?+
Private coaching conversations and personal assessment information are handled with care. For a company-sponsored engagement, employer-facing goals or progress reporting are separately agreed upon with you.
What's the difference between coaching and therapy?+
Coaching focuses on reflection, decisions, goals, and forward action. It is not therapy, mental health treatment, or medical care.
Can Lori coach me if I live outside Iowa?+
Yes. Private coaching is available virtually across the United States.
How are sessions held?+
Sessions are held virtually so your coaching relationship can fit around your life wherever you are in the United States.
How do I know if Lori is the right coach for me?+

What happens during the 15-minute clarity call?+
You and Lori will briefly discuss where you are, what you would like to change, and whether private coaching is a good next step. There is no payment required to book the call.
